He considers himself a happy person to do what he likes. He has soccer as his great passion and sports science as his learning. He has a doctorate from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a Master in Physical Preparation for Soccer. He currently enjoys being a soccer physical trainer while combining this profession with that of a teacher and personal trainer. Among other experiences, he has been able to work for the first team of Real Madrid CF, Atlético de Madrid SAD, Real Valladolid CF SAD and Real Sporting de Gijón SAD. He is a professor at the Royal Football Federation of Madrid and collaborates in university teaching and international training. As a result of all these experiences, he collaborates with foundations, educational centers and universities, sharing talks and workshops on Motivation and Success in Life. In this way it aims to help boys and girls to also find their intrinsic motivation by which to get up every morning and face the challenges of day to day with enthusiasm.
